Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy 100% payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. All bookings must be completed through our online booking system. Your event date and time are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. Guest Count Final guest count must be submitted 7 days before the event. Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. Private Parties We proudly host: Paint Parties Ladies' Night Couples' Night Birthday Parties Family Events Kids' Parties Corporate Team-Building Events School & Community Groups Food & Beverages Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome unless otherwise agreed upon. For guests 21 years of age and older, wine may be served where legally permitted. BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) is welcome for guests 21+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for anyone consuming alcohol. Anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive manner may be asked to leave without a refund. Kids' Events Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise arranged. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children during the event. Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and seating. Events begin promptly at the scheduled time. Damages Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to equipment, furniture, or venue property beyond normal use. Photography Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us before the event begins. Custom Orders Custom aprons, canvases, and personalized items must be approved before production begins. Personalized items are non-refundable once production has started.
